Family Medicine physician sought to join Franciscan Physician Network in Crawfordsville, IN. Role focuses on outpatient care with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction, community ties, and collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities include managing common diagnoses such as child and adult wellness visits, back pain, hypertension, and heart failure, with telehealth offered. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with flexible full-time options and no weekends or holidays; 1:6 call coverage; average outpatient volume of 20–22 patients per day.
