Job Summary
Family Medicine physician needed to join Franciscan Physician Network at Northside Family & Internal Medicine in Crawfordsville, IN. Share a team-oriented, patient-focused practice with flexible full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm), no weekends or holidays, telehealth options, and a supportive environment with mentorship and strong community ties. Responsibilities include outpatient care with diagnoses spanning child and adult wellness visits, back pain, hypertension, and heart failure, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care, and leveraging a full support staff. Qualifications include Doctorate degree, medical license upon hire, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, and BLS upon hire.
