Job Summary
Manage outpatient care for child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology, hypertension, and heart failure with an average volume of 20-22 patients daily. Deliver high-quality patient care through collaborative coordination while maintaining a flexible full-time schedule without weekends or holidays. Telehealth services are available to support remote patient interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate
- Physician License (DR)
- Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate)
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician
