Job Summary
Family Medicine physician sought to join Franciscan Physician Network in rural Rennselaer, IN. Board Eligible/Board Certified physician will provide outpatient care with telehealth options, collaborating to deliver high-quality patient care in a community-focused setting. Typical outpatient volume is 20-22 patients per day; includes call responsibilities and a flexible full-time schedule with no weekends or holidays. Responsibilities include management of common diagnoses (child and adult wellness visits, back pain, hypertension, endocrine issues, heart failure) and coordination of care in a collegial, mentorship-rich environment. Telehealth offered; extensive benefits and relocation support available.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate Required
- Physician License (DR) - Upon Hire Required
- Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
