Job Summary
Lead and grow a Family Medicine program as Medical Director, overseeing 16+ providers and 2 senior APP leaders while partnering with the CMO to drive clinical strategy, outcomes, and provider development. Manage a balance of leadership and clinical duties with 3 clinic days on-site and 2 administrative days remote-capable, within a Monday–Friday schedule and a clinic window of 7 AM–7 PM. Expect a patient load of ~18 per day, telephone-only call, and opportunities to influence chronic-disease initiatives and program-building. Compensation ranges from $260K–$300K+ with sign-on, relocation, and retention bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Family Medicine physician
- at least 5 years of clinical experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role
