Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive family medicine services for underserved populations in Florence, Oregon, with an option to take low intensity newborn call. Maintain unrestricted Oregon medical license and complete required BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification within 30 days of hire. This role supports a multi-specialty group with 1,200 clinicians across Oregon, Washington, and Alaska, offering access to on-site resources including palliative care, wound care, and integrated behavioral health specialists.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
- Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS
