Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions while performing preventive wellness visits for newborns through geriatric patients. Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR and collaborate with clinic staff including RNs, MAs, NPs/PAs, and office personnel to ensure quality care. This long-term assignment through year-end begins in August at one location before transitioning to a second clinic in September. No call, admissions, or inpatient duties are required.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Georgia medical license
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work with an established patient population
- Comfortable seeing patients of all ages
