Job Summary
Track patients by calling multiple health facilities and schedule appointments via direct patient calls. Organize patient data in spreadsheets and conduct chart auditing using a rubric while documenting history, lab procedures, and vital signs. Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration to ensure quality control. Assist with emergency measures during crises and train other technicians or workers. Maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively. Requires current state Licensed Vocational Nurse status, medical terminology knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- Medical office background
- Medical terminology
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education
- Current State Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and preventative measures (HIPAA confidentiality, infection spread, etc.)
- Exemplary customer service experience including client relationships and job knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to think critically
- Knowledge of quality control
- Ability to be empathetic with patients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to do the same jobs correctly and meticulously daily
