Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages while collaborating with a team of experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff. Participate in hospital quality initiatives and care coordination efforts, maintaining accurate and timely patient records through EMR. Option to teach medical students and residents, if desired. Minimal call responsibilities; phone call only, shared equally among group. Competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity incentives. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible for Ohio medical licensure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and team collaboration
