Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an assigned patient panel, conducting physical exams, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies while prescribing medications and coordinating follow-up care. Collaborate with specialists and care teams as needed, and participate in call coverage, quality initiatives, and staff meetings. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation. This role serves a diverse, underserved population through fixed-site locations, a mobile care program, and a resource center addressing social determinants of health. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required, along with an active California medical license, DEA registration, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted California medical license
- Current DEA registration
- BLS certification
