Join Quincy Medical Group as a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician in a physician-led, physician-owned practice with a collaborative culture. You’ll choose outpatient-only or traditional practice, enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend requirements, and benefit from a 4.5-day workweek structure, minimal phone calls, Epic EMR, and a path to leadership through a 1-year shareholder track with ASC ownership. The compensation package includes a base range of $280k–$375k with potential productivity and quality bonuses, sign-on and relocation bonuses, NHSC loan forgiveness eligibility, residency stipend, and loan repayment assistance, plus generous PTO and CME support. Additional practice features include opportunities for teaching, flexibility to pursue special interests, potential weekend urgent care shifts, and a supportive team across nurses, behavioral health, care navigators, social workers, and more, all within a community-focused service area serving West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri.
