Physician-led opportunity in Quincy, IL for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a shareholder-track pathway. Flexible scheduling with outpatient-only or traditional practice options, Monday–Friday and a typical 4.5-day workweek, minimal phone on-call, and potential weekend urgent-care shifts if desired. Collaborative team includes Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health, care navigators, and social workers. Epic EMR in use. Compensation includes base range ($280k-$375k) with potential total compensation up to $700k, including productivity bonuses, sign-on, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, relocation bonus, and 401(k) with profit sharing.
