Conduct outpatient-only or traditional family medicine and internal medicine practice with minimal phone call triage. Manage daily staffing and schedule flexibility while maintaining a 4.5-day workweek with no weekend requirements. Deliver individualized, evidence-based care across West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri using Epic EMR. Participate in professional development, teaching, and optional urgent care shifts.
