Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine physician position in Morganton, NC. Four clinical days per week plus one administrative day, with clinic hours Monday–Friday 8a–5p, no weekends or after-hours. Role provides full-scope care across all ages (newborn to geriatric) with EPIC EMR and support from urgent/express care and local ED/hospital as backup. Employed position with shared after-hours call rotation and low-volume after-hours calls. Compensation includes a fixed base salary of $240K+, productivity and quality incentives, a $30K sign-on bonus, $15K relocation stipend, $15K–$25K per year student loan assistance, PSLF eligibility, CME stipend of $3,000, robust benefits, PTO, malpractice coverage, and a 403b plan. Required Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- EMR experience (EPIC)
- Outpatient clinic experience
- Employed position
- Ability to participate in shared call rotation and after-hours coverage as applicable
