Job Summary
Board-Certified Family Medicine physician sought for a full-time outpatient clinic in suburban Phoenix, AZ. Employed FT position with outpatient-only duties, 4-5 day work week, 1 night monthly telephone call, no obstetrics and no inpatient responsibilities. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability insurance, a tax-deferred pension plan with company contributions, tail malpractice coverage, 4 weeks PTO, 1 CME week with CME stipend, 10 paid holidays, and CME stipend. Eligible for Federal HPSA Loan Repayment Program with a system score of 21. Candidates must be Board Certified in Family Medicine or in the process of obtaining Board Certification and must hold an Arizona Medical License prior to the first day of employment.
