Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary health care services in Buckeye, AZ. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, documenting care and billing, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, advising management on performance issues, ensuring credentialing and privileging, participating in CME up to 40 hours/year, rotating on-call for evenings and weekends, and promoting patient-centered care. Must be a graduate of an accredited medical school, complete a US Family Practice residency, be board certified, hold a valid AZ medical license and a current DEA certificate, have BLS, and possess strong communication, computer, and English skills. Prior experience in community health and bilingual English/Spanish are desirable. Not a visa-sponsored opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school program
- Completion of an accredited United States Family Practice Residency program
- Board certified
- Valid Arizona medical license
- Valid DEA certificate
- Current BLS
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques
- Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates and the general public
- Basic business English, spelling and punctuation skills
- Basic computer efficiency
- Valid AZ driver’s license
