Job Summary
Conduct outpatient Family Medicine with pediatric patients in a collaborative, team-oriented environment supported by experienced nurses, ancillary staff, and a clinical pharmacist. Manage approximately 2.25 patients per hour with full patient panels often achieved within the first year, utilizing EPIC EMR with Dragon and DAX AI and onsite laboratory services. Take call only a few times each year as the nurse triage service handles initial patient calls within a large 34-provider group. Customize your flexible 4-day or 5-day work week to fit personal and family goals while engaging in teaching medical students and accessing resident education opportunities.
