Job Summary
Deliver broad-scope primary care as a Family Medicine physician or outpatient Internal Medicine physician to children, families, adults and geriatric patients in an integrated primary care team. Collaborate with embedded APPs, on-site behavioral health providers, a clinical pharmacist, dietitian, and localized case management support to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Four-day-per-week schedule in a Lake Oswego, OR community near Portland.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Full-time availability
- Ability to deliver broad-scope primary care for children, families, adults and geriatric patients
- Participation in an integrated primary care team with APPs and other support services
