Job Summary
Conduct hospital rounding and call, precept residents across prenatal, pediatric, adult, and older adult care, and mentor residents while developing curriculum and conducting research. Manage approximately 50% resident teaching, 30% clinical practice, and 20% scholarly activity and administration, with specific duties dependent on faculty interests and FTE. Candidates with obstetrics skills are highly desired, and ongoing prenatal and birthing care expertise is a significant asset. This role offers a competitive 6-6-6 schedule within the University of Minnesota-Methodist Hospital residency program, featuring a work RVU productivity bonus and annual compensation ranging from $247,416 to $367,494.
