Job Summary
Family Medicine Faculty Physician at Dignity Health Medical Group in Maricopa, AZ. Outpatient only, Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends; option for 4 longer days or 5 regular days. Academic appointment with teaching responsibility for medical students and other learners; involvement in sponsor and investigator-initiated research. Competitive salary guaranteed for 2 years with RVU-based thereafter, loan repayment through Bright Horizons for qualified candidates, and CME support. Requires MD/DO, BC/BE in Family Medicine, completion of an ACGME residency, and state medical licensure eligibility in Arizona; hospital privileges must be achievable. Exceptional behavioral health resources and access to a Clinical Pharmacist and social worker on-site. Location features Dignity Health’s network in Arizona with multiple practice sites and a focus on clinically excellent, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO Degree
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
- Arizona medical licensure or eligibility
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
