Family Medicine Faculty Physician role at Dignity Health Medical Group in Maricopa, AZ. Outpatient clinic with Mon-Fri schedule, no evenings or weekends, option to work 4 longer days or 5 days, call 1:8 or 9, 36 patient-facing hours and 4 admin hours daily. Academic appointment with Creighton University; teaching medical students and other learners. Opportunities to participate in sponsor- and investigator-initiated research projects. Competitive salary with 2-year guarantee followed by RVU-based compensation; 24 days of PTA, CME time/allowance, loan repayment through Bright Horizons for qualified candidates, and strong behavioral health and clinical pharmacy support." ,
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO Degree
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
