Job Summary
Family Medicine Faculty Physician needed for Dignity Health Medical Group in Maricopa, AZ. Outpatient, outpatient-focused clinical duties with teaching Medical students, PA students, and other learners. Academic appointment with Creighton University School of Medicine; involvement in sponsor/investigator-initiated research projects. Responsibilities include teaching, clinical care for 18-24 patients/day, coordination with social worker and clinical pharmacist, and participation in academic activities. Salary guaranteed for 2 years with RVU-based follow-on, loan repayment available for qualified candidates, CME support, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO Degree
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
- Arizona medical licensure eligibility
- Ability to achieve hospital/surgical privileges
