Job Summary
Provide outpatient and/or inpatient Family Medicine care while supervising residents at Texoma Medical Center. Serve as a clinical instructor by participating in didactics, curriculum development, and resident education. Evaluate resident performance, support recruitment efforts, and ensure program compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. Document patient care using the hospital EMR system and participate in scholarly activity and program development. This role offers a mix of clinical, teaching, and administrative responsibilities with limited call and protected academic time. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible Texas medical license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic medicine preferred
- Obstetrics experience or fellowship training preferred
- Interest or experience in prenatal care and/or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is a plus
