Job Summary
Family Medicine Core Faculty physician to join the Residency Program in Oak Lawn. 70% clinical patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, 30% teaching/administrative/leadership responsibilities. Utilizes EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot for clinical documentation. Emphasis on resident education and supervision, program development, and collaborative patient care within an integrated physician-led group. Requires MD/DO, successful Family Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, and 2-3 years of post-residency experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited medical school as an M.D./D.O.
- Successful completion of Family Medicine residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine from said residency
- 2-3 years post residency experience in a same or similar setting
