Job Summary
Family Medicine Core Faculty role in Oak Lawn, IL: 70% clinical patient care in both in- and out-patient settings, 30% teaching/administrative/leadership responsibilities in a Family Medicine Residency program at Advocate Christ Medical Center. Includes use of EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot for clinical documentation; Spanish or Polish language skills preferred but not required. Requires obstetrics, MD/DO from an accredited medical school, completion of Family Medicine residency, Board Certification/Eligibility, and 2-3 years post-residency experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited medical school as an M.D./D.O.
- Successful completion of Family Medicine residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine from said residency
- 2-3 years post residency experience in a same or similar setting
