Job Summary
Family Medicine Core Faculty in Oak Lawn, IL. Full-time physician role in a Family Medicine Residency program with 70% clinical patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings and 30% dedicated to teaching, administrative, and leadership activities. Responsibilities include practicing family medicine with board-eligible/certified CME, utilizing EPIC EMR, and supporting a multi-disciplinary, integrated health system. The position offers relocation assistance, opportunities for Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and available CME and professional development support. Spanish or Polish language skills are preferred. DAX Copilot is available to streamline documentation. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited medical school as an M.D. or D.O.
- Successful completion of Family Medicine residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine from said residency
- 2-3 years post residency experience in a same or similar setting
