Job Summary
Practice comprehensive family medical care in a community setting, providing preventative services including well visits, screenings, and health education. Diagnose, treat, and manage conditions ranging from common illnesses to chronic disease while supporting the mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Serve as core or teaching faculty by educating and precepting Family Medicine residents or Transitional Year physicians. Work outpatient only with no inpatient or hospital call, seeing approximately 18-20 patients daily across one of four Aiken-area primary care clinics. Utilize Cerner EMR within a collegial team of physicians, APPs, and MAs.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Family Medicine
- Active, clear SC license and DEA or ability to obtain
- Clean professional background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate bedside manner
