Job Summary
Family Medicine Residency Core Faculty member responsible for teaching and mentorship of residents, curriculum development, and maintaining an active clinical practice in family medicine. Responsibilities include dedicating 24 hours weekly to residency administration and supervision, leading didactic sessions, contributing to curriculum evaluation, providing outpatient and inpatient clinical care, engaging in scholarship and research, and participating in departmental leadership and quality improvement initiatives. Must hold board certification in Family Medicine and be eligible for California medical licensure, with preferred experience in rural/underserved settings and in teaching medical students and residents. Eligibility for employment through Adventist Health Medical Group with compensation in the shown salary range and opportunities for professional development and leadership.
Required Qualifications
