Family Medicine

Outpatient Family Medicine Physician sought in Wabash, IN to join a multi-location health system. Role features Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. with flexibility for extended hours; expected to see 18–22 daily encounters and 36 weekly patient contacts, with a light 1:4 call. Opportunity to provide OB services including C-sections and newborn rounding, though not mandatory. Current team includes 2 Physicians and 1 NP at one site and 3 NPs at another; relocation is paid and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
