Job Summary
Conduct outpatient family medicine care for established physician panels, performing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing medications. Review laboratory and imaging results to coordinate follow-up care while addressing routine and urgent patient concerns. Provide coverage support during physician absences to maintain continuity of care, with no independent patient panel or procedures required. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., averaging 20 patients daily with phone call coverage shared among four physicians. Join a four-physician team at Harbin Clinic Family Medicine Cedartown to support access in a close-knit community practice.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible to practice in Georgia
- Acute Care NP, Primary Care NP or PA training/certification required, as applicable to licensure and role scope
- Georgia state licensure required
- Strong clinical judgment
- Communication skills
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- No night or weekend shifts
- Phone call coverage only
