Job Summary
Conduct primary care for an established patient panel with 1:1 clinical support from physicians and APPs. Manage care in a collegial team environment with no weekend calls and limited 1:6 on-call rotation via phone only. Enjoy a highly desirable quality of life in Hagerstown, MD, approximately an hour from Baltimore and Washington, D.C., featuring exceptional schools and outdoor recreation. The role includes a base salary of $250-280K, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and 6 weeks of PTO. Residency stipend available.
