Job Summary
Conduct outpatient Family Medicine care within a cohesive team of physicians, APPs, nurses, and medical assistants at a 5 STAR Primary Care Medical Home. Manage integrated Behavioral Health services, on-site diabetes education, and utilize EPIC EMR for documentation. Work with a balanced schedule and call expectations designed for a healthy work/life balance. The role is located in The Dalles, 85 miles east of Portland, and offers competitive pay, loan repayment options, and rural health tax credits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a four-year U.S. allopathic or osteopathic medical school or equivalent
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of practice
- BLS
