Job Summary
Build deep student relationships by connecting with young learners to understand their individual needs and guide course selection tailored to their developmental goals. Support family engagement by encouraging renewals, upsells, and referrals while maintaining regular touchpoints with parents through consistent communication and periodic parent-teacher meetings. Monitor live classes to observe participation and provide feedback, while tracking batch dynamics and re-engaging past families with free events and relevant courses. Serve as the single point of contact for families, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Work flexible US-friendly hours from 4am to 8am IST, with the remaining four hours available during the day.
Required Qualifications
- Mom of Middle/High School Children
- Minimum 4 years experience in similar role
- Flexibility to work in US Friendly Timing ( from 4am to 8am IST)
- Ability to communicate with families during early morning or late evening hours
- Strong communication skills
- Natural ability to connect with students during classes
- Ability to actively participate in their progress
- Ability to lead impactful PTM meetings
- Capability to juggle multiple learners' needs
- Ability to monitor progress
- Ability to coordinate schedules
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Mandatory 4am to 8am IST shift
- Responding to parent communication during early morning or late evening hours
