Family Lawyer

Job Summary
Based in Bournemouth, the Family team seeks a qualified Lawyer with 2-5 years PQE to join a large department handling finance and children matters. You will assist in complex financial cases (pensions, trusts, private companies, insolvency) and in internal and international relocation disputes, while also supporting smaller cases, and engaging in marketing/business development. The role offers potential to obtain Resolution accreditation and supports flexible working arrangements in terms of hours and location. Based on the role, you will work with Deborah Leask and Katie Taft, with opportunities for independent work and a broad, high-calibre practice.
Required Qualifications
- Post-qualification experience in Divorce and CP dissolution
- Financial matters involving pensions, private companies, property portfolios and tax issues
- Variations of maintenance applications
- Schedule 1 cases
- Cohabitation disputes
- Children (private law) disputes including internal and international relocation. Knowledge of child abduction work is not essential.
