Manage comprehensive Family Law cases with extensive expertise across all practice areas, ensuring precise tracking of key dates and deadlines to avoid costly mistakes. Lead junior paralegals and legal assistants while prioritizing tasks independently to meet firm priorities without supervision. Operate within a developing team in a growing law practice, requiring two days of in-office work per week. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with bonus opportunities for exceptional achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented to keep track of key dates and avoid costly mistakes
- Self-starter with the ability to independently seek out new projects
- Team-oriented with the necessary flexibility of a growing law firm
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, so we never miss a deadline
- 10+ years of previous experience working in Family Law in Washington
- 2 years minimum at a firm
- Experience in training and leading junior paralegals and legal assistants
