Job Summary
Obtains legal documents, conducts basic research, and assists with drafting, filing, and managing databases for family law cases. Performs administrative functions including document preparation, dictation, proofreading, and organizing client portfolios. Communicates regularly with clients while maintaining confidentiality and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Requires prior paralegal experience with a strong foundation in family law, detail orientation, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Prior paralegal/legal assistant experience
- Associate's degree in Studies or a related field
