Job Summary
Paralegal supporting attorneys in our fathers’ rights family law practice. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing, reviewing, and filing pleadings and discovery requests, assisting with trial preparation (motions, witness lists, case materials), and maintaining organized case files. Requires professional client communications with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other parties, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
