Job Summary
Family Law Paralegal role (Senior Paralegal) supporting Colorado family law matters in a fully remote setting. Work closely with attorneys handling Colorado family law cases (divorce, custody, support, post-decree matters) and manage a dynamic caseload with a tech-forward law firm. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, disclosures, and correspondence; managing case files, deadlines, and discovery; communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel; supporting trial preparation, hearings, mediation, and settlements; maintaining accurate billing entries and case-tracking systems; and ensuring efficient case progression through proactive task management. Ideal candidate has 3+ years of Colorado family law paralegal experience, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. LLP designation is a plus but not required. Compensation includes base salary range $65,000–$75,000 with total compensation potential $85,000+ based on performance, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits; fully remote work environment with flexible, autonomous work culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years Colorado family law paralegal experience
- Paralegal and LLPs accepted; LLP designation is a plus but not required
- Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, disclosures, and correspondence
- Experience with family law filings, disclosures, and court procedures
- Ability to manage deadlines, case files, discovery, and billing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Independent work in a remote environment
