Job Summary
Lead and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflows, coordinate staff activities, and foster a collaborative team environment. Implement office systems and procedures to enhance productivity, serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, and assist the Owner and Managing Attorney with executive functions and strategic planning. Manage office budgets, financial records, and technology management to maintain accuracy and compliance. This full-time, in-office position requires 40 hours weekly and reports to the Owner. The firm delivers exceptional client service during life's most difficult moments through a foundation of excellence and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of office management experience
- preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with legal software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR best practices and client service standards in a legal setting
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities with composure and professionalism
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive client and firm matters
