Manage contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property equalization matters for clients. Deliver cost-effective, responsive legal services while building strong client relationships with an entrepreneurial approach. Work independently or under senior lawyer direction within an established team, utilizing strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Required Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters
- excellent knowledge and understanding of matters related to contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child, and spousal support, as well as property and equalization of net family property
- able to work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers as part of an established and growing team
- excellent communication skills
- entrepreneurial spirit
- proven success in building client relationships
- member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- strong analytical, research and writing skills
- excellent academic credentials
