Family Law Clerk (Hybrid)

Job Summary
Draft pleadings, correspondence, affidavits, motion materials, minutes of settlement, domestic contracts, conference briefs, disclosure briefs, Financial Statements, and Net Family Property statements. Schedule a busy lawyer's calendar and act as a liaison with clients and opposing counsel while performing all other administrative tasks associated with a lawyer's busy family law practice. This full-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of the Family Law Rules and PC Law software.
