Job Summary
Represent clients in divorce, custody, and other family-law matters; draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings; provide thoughtful legal counsel with sensitivity to emotionally charged cases; negotiate settlements and advocate in mediation and court proceedings; maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards; manage caseload while delivering outstanding client service.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid license to practice law in the State of Utah
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to navigate sensitive and emotionally charged matters
- Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Experience in family law is preferred, but attorneys eager to learn and grow are strongly encouraged to apply
