Family Law Attorney

Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution with minimal supervision, representing clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements while developing case strategy and providing trusted legal counsel. Conduct legal research for litigation preparation and maintain strong client communication throughout the process. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service and achieve favorable outcomes. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule primarily remote with one to two office days per week, based near Forney, Texas. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas with at least one year of family law experience.
