Job Summary
Represent clients in family law matters involving divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division. Develop case strategies tailored to each client's goals and draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, negotiations, mediations, and litigation while communicating directly with clients. Participate in settlement negotiations and collaborative divorce processes, managing assigned cases efficiently to maintain high standards of legal work and client service. Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to move matters forward effectively. This on-site role in Sacramento, CA requires an active California Bar license and offers 0 to 5 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
