Job Summary
Represent clients in family law matters from initial consultation through resolution, managing caseloads involving divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare cases for hearings, conferences, mediation, and litigation. Advocate for clients while pursuing practical, cost-effective resolutions and communicate directly to explain legal options and next steps. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to maintain organized, responsive matters while adhering to strict deadlines and court requirements. Requires an active Pennsylvania Bar license, one year of family law experience, and a J.D. degree. Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
- 1+ year of family law experience
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
