Job Summary
Represent clients in family law hearings, mediations, and trials while drafting motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders. Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations involving prenuptial agreements, divorces, alimony, child support, custody, and domestic violence. Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy, oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines. Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel, with occasional travel required across Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio
- Experience in handling legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence
- Proven record of success both in and out of court
- Occasional travel required across Ohio
