Job Summary
Manage a steady family-law caseload with support, handle discovery, motions, and depositions; appear for Zoom and in-person hearings, mediations, and trials; lead client strategy sessions with clarity and empathy; advise and negotiate outcomes in divorce, custody, and modification matters; participate in potential client consultations; uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism; licensed to practice in Texas with at least 3 years of Family Law experience; Dallas-based with a hybrid schedule (remote Mondays and Fridays; in-office Tue-Thu) to collaborate with dedicated legal staff.
Required Qualifications
- Active license to practice in Texas and in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Family Law
- Courtroom experience and strategic litigation skills
- Strong writing, organization, and follow-through
- Commutable distance to North Dallas
- Licensed to practice in Texas
