Job Summary
Represent clients in New Jersey family law matters including separation and divorce, custody disputes, spousal and child support, and marital property division. Advise on and draft discovery, motions, and negotiations; manage cases independently or as part of a team; leverage strong writing and analytical skills to support favorable outcomes. Must be licensed to practice in New Jersey and be able to work out of the Hackensack, NJ office a few days per week. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience in family law
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey (New York bar is a plus)
- Ability to work out of Hackensack office a few days a week
- Strong writing and analytical skills

- Track record of managing cases independently or as part of a team
