Job Summary
Manage a family law caseload from inception through resolution, representing clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings. Develop and execute case strategies aligned with client goals while independently drafting complex legal documents and overseeing pleadings prepared by paralegals. Direct case progress to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Collaborate with legal assistants for efficient case management and contribute to community outreach or team strategy development. Requires 100+ cases represented, strong litigation experience, and a Georgia license. Full-time hybrid role with benefits.
