Job Summary
Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including complex financial matters, custody disputes, and domestic violence cases. Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Prepare for and participate in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials. Collaborate with colleagues within the family law practice to deliver strong client outcomes. Engage in ongoing professional development and community involvement. Requires a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, active State Bar of California membership, and 4+ years of legal experience with a demonstrated focus on Family Law.
